This person assists in developing customer and partner relationships, conducting market and competitive analysis, and supporting business development and capture activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle—from early qualification through proposal submission and award support. This individual possesses a foundational understanding of federal procurement processes, customer engagement strategies, market intelligence, and capture management methodologies. This individual works collaboratively with business development, operations, contracts, and proposal teams to support strategic growth initiatives and competitive positioning efforts.
