Overview

Pyramid Systems, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on Salesforce Developer. The Developer will act as the Lead supporting a high visibility modernization project.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop, implement and maintain technical designs/solutions independently for at least 2 projects using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom code to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce security features, permission sets, role hierarchies, and best practices for maintaining regulatory compliance ensuring Salesforce org remains resilient against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and tasks; Support UI/UX; Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Internally test/validate and manage the impact of Salesforce Release cycles while educating our partners on new features and capabilities post release.
  • Advanced deployment strategies, including integration with GIT.
  • Establish and maintain Salesforce implementation standards adopting best practices driven by Governor limits and low code approach.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST API (AWS, MuleSoft).
  • Continually assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Responsible for maintaining development sandboxes, deploying code to all the lower environments, and supporting production deployments.
  • Providing and applying industry best practices in the SDLC.

Qualifications

  • Must be US CITIZEN or Green Card Holder 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years direct experience in software development life cycle, at least 4-5 years of Salesforce implementation.
  • Must have at least one certification - Salesforce.com Administrator, Salesforce.com Developer Credentials.
  • Proven experience developing and configuring custom Lightning Components (LWC & Aura framework), APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flows, custom metadata, dashboards, reports, workflows.
  • Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
  • Strong knowledge with Git and GitHub.
  • Experience working with various Salesforce Deployment tools including manifests, SF CLI, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with Large scale data migration using Data Loader, Data import wizard etc.
  • Identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes.
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using agile software development methodologies and documenting business processes as well as making recommendations for future improved processes and system designs.

Target Pay Range

The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
