We are seeking a Senior Developer that will play a key role in translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis in complex IT environments, and ensuring all code is developed in alignment with security and authentication standards.

• Design, develop, and deliver application components that are scalable, maintainable, and testable.

• Translate business requirements into executable technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis in complex enterprise environments.

• Develop code in compliance with required security and authentication standards.

• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and refine solutions and roadmaps.

• Participate in sprint and backlog planning, as well as release management.

• Ensure all development adheres to Section 508 compliance standards.

• Maintain version control and produce clear, accessible documentation.

• Integrate third-party code, services, and APIs for seamless interoperability across systems.

• Deep knowledge and proficiency in Java (11–17+), Oracle SQL, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Java Persistence API (JPA)/Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Extensive experience with application server platforms (e.g., Tomcat, WebSphere), containerized applications, orchestration tools (e.g., Docker), and scalability practices in government systems.
• Expert knowledge of workflow and batch management tools (e.g., IBM Workflow Automation Scheduler).
• Strong background in full stack development, including modern UI frameworks such as Angular.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a background investigation and successfully obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance as a condition of employment.

The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
