Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Implementation Specialist to lead client engagement activities around implementation and training. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process, communicating with customer representatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the implementation process for customer stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with customer representatives, providing updates, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain schedules and task lists to track progress and ensure timely completion of implementation activities.
  • Create and curate resources to support customers with implementation, including documentation, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customer trainers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customer representatives, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for all implementation-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Technical Leads to align customer implementation efforts with overall product development activities.
  • Coordinate with others on policy impacts, ensuring compliance and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experiance in information technology, business, or related field 
  • Proven ability to manage projects related to implementation, including scheduling, task tracking, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with customer representatives, conveying technical concepts clearly and building rapport with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customer representatives, fostering collaboration and trust to facilitate successful  implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Technical Leads, and other team members to align implementation activities with broader product development goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles encountered during the  implementation process, finding creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking schedules, tasks, and deliverables, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency in implementation activities
