Overview

Pyramid is looking for a detail-oriented high-performing Scrum Master/Business Analyst that can work in a fast-pace multi-team agile environment. Responsibilities including gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized designs and user stories.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team on how to use Agile Scrum practices and values.
  • Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Product Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity that is sustainable and comfortable to the team
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Assist with internal and external communication

Qualifications

  • Shall be a certified Scrum Master.
  • Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience focusing on business architecture analysis and UX/UI Design.
  • Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user interfaces for a production system.

Education:

  • Certified Scrum Master
