Mainframe/COBOL Programmer (O&M) positions at Pyramid require talented individuals who can analyze system or individual functional needs, develop software solutions and processes, debug finished products, and test modifications for effectiveness and efficiency. These positions are responsible for creating self-documenting code, supporting production activities after hours and on weekends, and responding to incident tickets directly or as assigned. Ideal candidates have several years of experience in Mainframe Development, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, and hands-on experience with Mainframe-specific technologies (e.g., COBOL, DB2, IMS, CICS, JCL, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, REXX, and CA-ENDEVOR, z/OS Platform, etc.).
