Overview

We are looking for a Senior Appian Developer who will be responsible for all phases of a digital technologies practice as it pertains to Appian. This role will engage across multiple Appian projects preparing long-term vision and transformational roadmaps while building the service delivery capability for the entire company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, plan and build the technology practice of Appian
  • Work with management to design and execute strategies for growing revenues for Appian-related solution services.
  • Foster relationships within existing clients as well as nurture leads and supporting identification and capture of new customers
  • Provide life-cycle support of all development deliverables
  • Create and develop necessary white papers, collateral, and IP for establishing Pyramid as a service provider for Appian in the marketplace
  • Report problems of systems integration and system health
  • Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software
  • Conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a tight schedule, with particular emphasis on serving as a technical lead/SME on development projects across multiple technologies
  • Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions

Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required (No Dual Citizenship)
  • Ability to pass and successfully maintain a public trust clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical discipline
  • Knowledge and experience in high impact assignments as they relate to low-code platforms within Appain Designs
  • 7 Years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership position
  •  
  • 8 years of overall professional experience (3 years specialized in Appian) in progressively more responsible positions
    • Knowledge of application programming interfaces (APIs)
    • Experience configuring Appian:
      • Integration testing
      • Documenting new applications
      • Debugging
      • Unit Testing
    • Experience with Java and AWS Services
    • Experience leveraging an on-site service / solution delivery model

 

Nice to have Qualifications.

  • Appian Senior Developer Certification
  • AWS Certification
  • Experience and skills in other related technologies along with Appian such as: Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Mobility
