Pyramid is looking for a detail-oriented, high-performing Senior Business Analyst that can work in a multi-team agile environment. Responsibilities including gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and translating business requirements and functions into well-organized designs and user stories.  

• Lead requirements gathering and negotiate specific scope items to ensure delivery meets the needs of all stakeholders
• Understand and create technical documentation around user processes, problems, and needs
• Work with technical teams to develop solutions for the identified business requirements
• Work as a cross-functional team member that can support other functions such as UI/UX and testing activities
• Create mock-ups and prototypes for proposed solution
• Provide relevant job-related content in support of proposal efforts as required

Knowledge / Skills:

• Experience building a JIRA board.
• Experience developing JIRA workflow.
• Experience retrieving data by running JQL.
• Experience running JIRA reports.
• Ability to communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Financial regulatory decision-based analysis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong collaborator able to contribute to a variety of tasks
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills to building relationships with users, customers and suppliers.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ or more years of experience in information technology, business, or related field.
