Pyramid Systems is seeking experienced Lead Developers that have proven success in an Agile environment. This role is responsible for leading an Agile team providing thee analysis, design, development and testing of function-specific financial applications built upon a variety of technology stacks. These stacks include primarily SAP Business Objects, Oracle APEX (Application Express), as well as Java, .Net and InfoSphere. Database technologies include Oracle and Microsoft SQL relational databases. 

• Lead a Scrum team providing full system development life cycle using Oracle APEX,
  Business Objects, Java and .Net technology for a portfolio of 12 applications of varying complexity.
• Work with supporting technologies including Documentum, IBM InfoSphere, IBM WebSphere, Crystal Reports and Excel Worksheets/Macros
• Understand and use coding standards, provide code reviews and guidance to junior
  developers
• Understand business requirements and recommend sound solutions
• Communicate with product owners to discuss problems and resolution
• Work independently and create/update technical documentation
•  Learn and adopt new technologies quickly as required by the project

• Must be US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other IT degree (Engineering, math, and/or
  science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience operating in traditional and Agile project models
• 3 years Oracle database experience including database design, upgrades and
  performance tuning
• 3 years' experience supporting Oracle Databases, with upgrade experience a plus
• 3 years experience with Oracle APEX (prefer version 18+ )
• Ability to independently provide time estimates for APEX related tasks
• Experience migrating code/pages/objects from dev/qa/production Apex environments
• Significant experience migrating entire APEX applications to new environments
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices
• Ability to design for Industry Best Practice Design in Oracle APEX
• Database security and compliance and integration of APEX with SSO
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a 24 x 7 production environment, with multiple
  priorities
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and effective problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Database performance tuning, replication, monitoring tools and tuning procedures
• Strong database management skills including backup and recovery best practices in a
  high-availability environment
