As the Client Delivery Transition Manager, the successful candidate will focus on delivery processes and quality across Pyramid Systems portfolio of clients.  This individual will develop, coach and measure Program Management and agile best practices are across the Client Delivery organization. The position requires an established track record in monitoring and delivery of technology services and solutions, quality management and program management as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC). Using this experience, this position will assist the Client Delivery Leader with establishing consistency in client program delivery and coaching our teams to deliver consistently.


  • Incorporate/update, execute, monitor, and ensure client delivery processes and contractual obligations consistently met.
  • Establish, measure and monitor service delivery program and project performance in partnership with the Client Delivery leader as it pertains to the team's agile processes and tasks and ensuring they are carried out efficiently and consistently.
  • Help coordination to address program execution issues and mitigate risks while controlling the quality-of-service delivery.
  • High level of interaction with program and project leadership, employees, and management
  • Outgoing problem solver with customer service and management experience.
  • Identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
  • Partner with Project Controls to actively monitor client financials and determine ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assess customer feedback and use creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
  • Remain organized and meeting deadlines.
  • Build partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise.
  • Evaluating and advancing continuous improvement and partnering with Quality teams to maintain industry certifications and appraisals.
  • Establish effective decision-making processes within Client Delivery at all levels to achieve high performance goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a professional and efficient organization whose priorities are aligned with our mission.
  • Ensure timely resourcing of talent and equipment to ensure client satisfaction and team success.
  • Plan, develop, and implement the Client Delivery team’s operational activities supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and corporate growth.
  • Make proactive recommendations to program, project, and Client Delivery leadership as to resources needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate and educate team on corporate policies and ensure adherence.
  • Train and mentor client delivery team on financial and project/program management best practices.
  • Track trends in the Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) database and partner with the Growth team on usefulness of the data.
  • Present trends of CPARs at the Management Review, and other activities involving analysis of data and action taken.
  • Attend and participate in the monthly program reviews.
  • Provide strategic awareness as to the Client Delivery division’s impact by updating ensuring positive momentum across division Objective and Key Results.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Excellent client relationship and management skills
  • Strong communication, visual presentation, and analytical skills are a must.
  • Candidates must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance
  • Experience managing or monitoring the full lifecycle for software development projects. Experience with Agile and DevOps preferred.
  • Self-Motivated, Proactive, Organized, and Dependable
  • Capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Experience with project manager functions such as Estimation, Scope Management, Scheduling, Issue/Risk Management, etc.
  • Good with managing requirements including eliciting, documenting, reviewing, and managing changing requirements.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and quality management
  • Excellent presentation skills and executive communication
  • Proactive resource planning skills.
  • Excellent project financials experience.

  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
