As one of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partners supporting our Client Delivery teams, you will be accountable for developing and implementing innovative and impactful strategies to source qualified talent wherever they may reside (pending contractual obligations of course) that meet the demands of our current and future clients.  We are seeking an individual that will also ensure that we are delivering a great experience whilst hiring to our growth plan. You will be an active and collaborative teammate, helping us to deliver talent through established and developed best practices, resources and processes.

  • Act as a strategic talent partner to the client delivery organization and ensure firm understanding of current and future needs and timely support is provided.
  • Support and develop the talent solutions team through knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring to build capabilities.
  • Hands on full life cycle recruitment in support of hiring managers to identify market making talent.  By Full life cycle we mean: talent market analysis, proactive sourcing, detailed status and candidate briefs, and guidance on the best selection methods, offer management and onboarding.
  • Work with the Vice President Talent Solutions and collaborate with other Pyramid Systems recruitment team members on business wide projects as required
  • Work with the HR and Talent Solutions teams on the wider talent agenda, including succession planning, talent gaps and attrition risks as necessary.
  • Create and execute multi-channel strategies (direct and 3rd party) to source candidates and create talent pipelines, both internally and externally.
  • Continuously review talent attraction and acquisition strategies to ensure they are reaching desired target audiences and producing high return on investment
  • Work with communications and media specialists to build compelling campaigns internally and externally
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, managing each recruitment process to a high standard
  • Identify and manage projects that enhance the recruitment process, demonstrate Pyramid Systems’ employee value proposition and deliver an improved candidate experience


  • 5+ years of experience in both an agency and corporate recruitment environment preferred, minimum 3 years required.  Federal experience highly preferred
  • Experienced in advanced sourcing techniques and talent market analytics
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, from creating compelling job advertisements, attraction and selection to offer management.
  • A strong player/coach with experience in a people management role (future possibilities).
  • High energy individual who enjoys both the operational and strategic sides of this role and shows great flexibility.
  • Experience in building recruitment strategies and campaigns to meet diverse requirements across business streams, focused on both the immediate and long-term, growth-oriented talent needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to demonstrate business partnering experience
  • Good understanding of latest recruitment trends and tools
  • Be comfortable with data and providing insightful analysis of recruitment activity and talent pool supply/demand
  • Can design and communicate clear processes and have a detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving.
