  • Overview

    Pyramid is contracted to modernize legacy systems within the Division of Corporation Finance by using business-centric, one-stop-shop workload tracking system(s) to ensure investors have material information in order to make informed investment decisions.


    • Plan and develop use cases, business, functional, and non-functional requirements
    • Perform quality assurance and user acceptance test functions
    • Define and capture the business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes
    • Provide and apply functional and technical expertise towards the development and/or redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of core Business and IT competencies
    • Apply principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions


    • 10+ years of applicable experience is required
    • Experience in, but not limited to: Plan, initiate, and develop BPR functions, business case, and stakeholder analysis
    • Prior Experience working with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or
    • Master’s Degree in related field
