  • Overview

    Support the Proposal Center to produce professional, visually appealing graphics and proposals in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of style guides
    • Design graphics in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and MS PowerPoint for proposal documents and marketing collateral.
    • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
    • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
    • Amend final designs to internal clients comments and gain full approval
    • Work as part of a team with writers, editors, executives etc.
    • 5+ years of graphic design experience
    • 3 years of experience with proposal development.

    Qualifications

    • Proven graphic designing experience
    • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
    • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
    • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
    • Up to date, expert level experience with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and PowerPoint)
    • Ability to organize and carry out complex tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.         
    • Ability to interact and communicate clearly with internal clients to determine their visual communication needs, ideas and concepts from start to finish.
    • Highly proficient in all design aspects
    • Professionalism regarding time, costs, and deadlines
    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on grammar, style and spelling.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
