  • Overview

    Pyramid Systems is looking for a Receptionist to support and assist in corporate operations and perform general administrative duties needed for business operations. Our current Receptionist flourished in this role and was moved into a new position. 


    • Welcome guests of Pyramid and manage check-in/check-out process.
    • Oversee facilities to ensure proper maintenance and care.
    • Set-up of conference rooms and conference bridges.
    • Assist recruitment and employee onboarding efforts.
    • Perform filing as needed.
    • Assist and coordinate staff activities to support various events and activities, including company picnics and holiday parties.
    • Perform administrative duties to assist the Pyramid executive team, as needed.



    • High School Degree or equivalent.

    Experience Required:       

    One year of experience in customer service.



    • In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio), Internet and Search engines, office computing in a network environment.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
