    Opportunity is knocking for a Principal Recruiter with a history of excellence in attracting and hiring top talent in rapidly growing tech industries. Crucial abilities to this role include: recruiting highly-skilled, passive technical talent while simultaneously consulting and advising the executive team in shaping the company’s talent strategy. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting and thrive in a fast paced environment. This person must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the challenges of supporting a growing company.


    • Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
    • Track and manage all candidate information in iCIMS (ATS).
    • Collaborate directly with stake holders. Help guide talent decisions and advise on talent strategy.
    • Shape the talent acquisition culture by guiding interviewers on high caliber interviewing / hiring techniques.
    • Experience with a staffing company is preferred but not required.
    • Own and operate an efficient, full-cycle recruiting operation which supports rapid growth, in adherence with EEO, ADA, and other compliance requirements. Drive the optimization of on-line jobs advertising, participation in job fairs, and social media campaigns.
    • Sources talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending events
    • Cold calling candidates from Monster, Dice & Stack Overflow.
    • Subject matter expertise; know the pulse of Recruiting as an industry. Stay abreast of the latest developments, best practices and trends in Recruiting, and be the in-house expert advisor.
    • Architect and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting vendors/consultants to leverage available resources. Maintain strong relationships with community organizations to identify new sources of local talent and to promote Pyramid as a partner in the community.
    • Champion communication, efficiency and transparency through tools. Provide reports as requested. Utilize tracking mechanisms to measure results, impact, and cost-effectiveness of recruiting efforts.


    • 3+ years of successful Recruiting experience preferably in the areas of technology/software development (SDLC)/government. A strong advantage would be a current network/social community of Java, .NET, and DevOps engineers.
    • Highly consultative with a professionally polished approach; knows when to push issues, and when to massage solutions.
    • Exceptional interviewing practices and techniques.
    • ATS hacker and proficient in Boolean logic.
    • Experience creating, managing and tracking an effective advertising campaign to attract qualified talent.
